The resort agios mamas resort is located on the new side street, next to the national road Moudanion Potidea, 3 km from Nea Moudania at the location "Varkes".
The distance from the sea is only 100 meters, the complex is second to the sea, but the access is followed by a length of 250 meters.
The beach in front of the complex is sandy and shallow, ideal for young children and very quiet.

At 200 meters from the beach is the small beach bar of Cassandra Mare hotel, where you can find coffee, refreshments, drinks and you can use the pool for a low fee, or as a gift with some orders from the pool bar.
The Ouzouni camping is located at 450 meters, where apart from the beach bar there is a mini market and a restaurant by the sea, with good quality and reasonable prices. Breakfast buffets are also served for 5 euros per person.

At a distance of 1.5 km from the complex there is a large Grand Masoutis market.

At a distance of 3 km are Nea Moudania, where you can find plurality of all types of restaurants enjoying a walk in the total length of 3 km formed beach. In Moudania, there is also a popular market and anyone can find any kind of service in the store, clothing, fashion, souvenir and art shops, as well as large commercial Jumbo, Lidl.

At a distance of 4 km is the picturesque Potidea, where apart from the large organized beach with sidewalks full of cafes, restaurants and beach bars, it is suitable for a walk on the opposite side to admire the ancient walls, its most characteristic feature a channel that essentially cuts off the peninsula of Kassandra from the rest of Greece, as well as picturesque houses of the village, to end up in the square with the taverns with live Greek music and traditional cuisine.

Finally, Athitos with its fairytale beauty, the only preserved traditional traditional coastal village of Halkidiki with its magnificent view is only 15 km away.
