OUR WINE
The wine that bears the name of our store comes from the varieties Xinomavro, Syrah, and Merlot that are cultivated and bottled in Amyntaio in one of the oldest and most famous wineries in the area. Our wine is aged in oak French barrels before bottling, which gives it the maturity and maturity of its taste.

THE INGREDIENTS
The menu of the restaurant is large and varied with ally the raw materials and pure ingredients which in most of them are completely organic and we supply them from small producers in our area. We follow the seasonal chronology for our dishes, always using seasonal ingredients.

From a distance, it looks like an Impressionist painting: houses, churches, trees seen through a haze, their reflections shimmering in the lake. The Macedonian landscape is magnificent. Come closer and you see impressive aristocratic lakeside mansions surrounded by clusters of tall trees, interspersed by Byzantine churches. Come closer still, and you’ll see the locals sipping coffee or promenading by the lake, with the fishermen in their flat-bottomed boats offshore and pelicans keeping hopeful watch alongside.
