Cancellation Policy

Should you have to cancel your reservation we must receive notice in writing (email).

Cancellation fees/ charges, are applied as follows. If we receive the cancellation request:

      • Up to 30 days before the service start date:
        We refund the reservation deposit minus any transaction fees that are charged by the banks or by PayPal or by any payment gateway/method that has been used.
        Alternatively, you may postpone/re-book for a future date at no cost. The rebooking must take place at the same time that you request to cancel the 1st booking.

      • If you cancel 29 to 15 days before the service start date:
        We refund 50% of the reservation deposit.
        50% of the reservation deposit is charged as cancellation fee.
        Alternatively, you may postpone/re-book for a future date with a fee of 25% of the reservation deposit. The rebooking must take place at the same time that you request to cancel the 1st booking, and you may only re-book once with no cost.

      • If you cancel 14 – 10 days before the service start date:
        We refund 30% of the reservation deposit.
        70% of the cost is charged as a cancellation fee.

      • If you cancel 10 – 8 days before the service start date:
        We refund 20% of the reservation deposit.
        80% of the cost is charged as a cancellation fee.

      • If you cancel 7 days and less, before the service start date:
        No refunds are to be made.
        The 100% of the money paid are charged.
        We strongly recommend that you obtain trip cancellation insurance from an insurance company.

    CANCELLATION FOR SERIOUS REASONS

    In case of cancellation for any *serious reasons that prevents your arrival to Greece, our company will refund 100% the amount you paid. Cancellation can be accepted only if we receive a cancellation email 7 days before the service start date. If we receive the cancellation in less than 7 days from the service start date, there is no refund.

    *ACCEPTABLE SERIOUS REASONS

        1. Health Issues (must be confirmed by official documents)

        1. In case your country was declared in war

        1. Any other reason is not accepted

      Refunds

      All refunds are completed 30 days after the date of cancellation

      Late or missing refunds

          1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

          1. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

          1. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

          1. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hellothessaloniki.gr.
