The apartment is based on the 3rd floor where you reach it with large hydraulic lift.
It consists of one bedroom with King size bed (1,80X2,00) and a walk in closet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, and stove.
Cutlery, saucepans, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses for water/wine as well as iron for clothing and hairdryer are also provided. There is one bathroom with shower cabin.
In the apartment you also find a large cornered living room with a big comfortable couch in order for you and your family to relax and either enjoy the view from inside the house or use the Smart Android TV that the apartment provides.
Bed linen, towels, as well as duvet are also provided.
Wi-fi and air condition(cool/heat) are provided as well.

Payment policy
A 30% non-refundable advance payment by bank deposit is required.
The remaining amount due, is to be paid 20 days before the arrival date, in order to conclude your check-in.

Cancellation policy
The deposit of 30% is non refundable at anytime.
If cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of non-show or erlier departure, the total reservation amount will be charged.
