Queen Elizabeth Apartment F2 (2nd Floor) - Description

The apartment is based on the 2nd floor where you reach it with comfortable hydraulic lift.
It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of them is the master bedroom with its own (en suite) bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
A queen size bed (1,60 X 2,00) with a luxurius mattress is there for your comfort.
In the second bedroom you find another queen bed (1,60X2,00).
Second bathroom is separated. You also find in the apartment fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, and stove. Cutlery, saucepans, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses for water/wine as well as iron for clothing and hairdryer are also provided. Bed linen, towels, as well as duvets are also provided as well.

The open space kitchen, with the dining table and two couches in the living room, will let all the family and/or friends to associate and have fun while getting ready to eat and/or relax. Smart Android TV is provided. Wi-fi and air condition(cool/heat) are provided as well.

The airport is only 11 Km away from the location which makes access very quick and easy. During summer period there is a waterbus service from Perea-Neoi Epivates to Thessaloniki City Center. It is an experience that shall not be missed if you visit us at that period of time.

Payment policy
A 30% non-refundable advance payment by bank deposit is required.
The remaining amount due, is to be paid 20 days before the arrival date, in order to conclude your check-in.

Cancellation policy
The deposit of 30% is non refundable at anytime.
If cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of non-show or erlier departure, the total reservation amount will be charged.
