• There are many beautiful sights. You are encouraged to bring a camera along. But if you don’t… we have a camera for you!
• Weather will not affect the operation of the tours.
• However if canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, you will be given the option of an alternative date

What To Expect

• Discover the Historical – Folklore and Natural History Museum of Kozani
  All about Kozani history. A great, Macedonian architecture, building where you can see how was life in the area from prehistoric to modern times.
• Boucharia Geopark
  It’s a wild and beautiful place. Geopark mpoucharia is a place must visit when you came at Western Macedonia it’s uniqe at all over the word !!!!
• Archaeological Museum of Aiani
  Aiani, the ancient city, is probably the birthplace of Macedonian civilization. The museum is excellent, modern and very well organised. The exhibits cover from the Palaeolithic to the Hellenistic period and some are very rare and characteristic. It is recommended to spend a couple of hours here despite the distance of location.
• Artificial Lake Polifitou
  Neraida is a new village, built on a rocky hill, with panoramic views to the Bridge of Aliakmonas above Polyfytos lake and thus one of the most important tourist resorts in the region of Kozani. It has hotels, guest houses, restaurants and taverns.
• Faraggi Skepasmenoy – If you dare you will be rewarded
  This small river running through the canyon is partly diverted to a small canal, in order to water the town of Velventos. A beautifully built stone path runs along the diversion, under the trees and into the woods, taking you upstream to the main river where you find a couple of rest areas to sit and enjoy the nature, play with your children or wet your feet and legs in the river. So far it was already incredibly beautiful and made the visit worthwhile.The most daring ones should look for the track leading to the waterfall on the main river. Seeing and hearing the waterfall from right underneath is a feeling that cannot be described with words. One of the best experiences in your life.
