POLITICS OF CHANGES AND RETURNING MONEY

• If you want to return or exchange your order for a justified reason, we are here to help you! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for another product or refund the original payment method.
• To request a refund or exchange, you must return the product you received to the return address.

Shipments

• You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be deducted from the refund.

How can we help you if the package has not arrived or been lost?

• If the product was lost to the shipping company and was not classified as deliverable, we will cover the shipping costs of the products. Send us an email with your name and order number.
• If the Transportation Company has indicated that the package has been delivered to the address entered when the order was completed, but you have not received it, contact them and open a request for non-receipt of the product and send us the request number. If your product is not delivered within 10 working days of sending the request number to us, we will send it to you again free of charge.
